Dr. Xiaochao Tang is an Associate Professor at Widener University. He received his B.S. in Mining Engineering from Central South University in 2002, his M.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University in 2006, and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2011. His research interests lie in the areas of beneficial use of byproducts and wastes, unbound pavement materials, ME pavement design, and geosynthetics.
