Dr. Behzad Nematollahi obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering at Swinburne University of Technology, is an Australian Research Council (ARC) DECRA Fellow at the Center for Smart Infrastructure and Digital Construction at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
